Do I need to go under anesthesia?

All the procedures are performed in the office under local anesthesia to prevent unnecessary complications. Most patients leave the office with the cancer completely removed and the reconstruction done on the same day.

How long will it take for me to recover?

Most patients are able to return to their normal activities the next day (except for strenuous physical activities). You’ll be able to see the final results in as little as 2 weeks.

How is the reconstruction procedure done?

Very much like plastic surgery. Dr. Rohani was trained at Harvard and at the University of San Francisco to reconstruct different types and sized of defects on the face, neck and ears. Dr. Rohani was also trained in facial lifts, abdominoplasty, filler injection, peels, lasers and botox. Having a beautiful result is a primary goal of Dr. Rohani.
